This is designed to not only bring savings to the clients, but give them the peace of mind that there will be no hidden costs each month, it is all one rate (excluding actual maintenance costs). Identification and communication of any repairs required

Taking photos of the premises and advertising on Trade Me

Meeting potential tenants, and arrange applications to be completed

Healthy Home Investigating and Reporting

Setting up new, or maintaining existing soft facilities contracts (eg Cleaning, security, electrical and plumbing maintenance). As well as hard facilities (Air Conditioning, lifts etc)

Organising BWOF contractors, and the IQP Agent, and ensuring BWOF is kept current
